7-Course Chinese New Year Dinner

7-Course Chinese New Year Dinner

MIMIMI (map)

Chinese New Year is the most important celebration in Chinese culture, and it is also celebrated across many Asian countries. In 2026, we welcome the Year of the Horse (丙午马年, the Bingwu Year of the Horse), with Lunar New Year falling on February 17. Traditionally, people in China enjoy a festive spirit for nearly a full month around the Lunar New Year.

Many Chinese festivals, especially Chinese New Year, centre around family, reunion, and the joy of sharing food and drink. To celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Horse, Mimimi has carefully prepared a 7-course Chinese New Year Dinner inspired by traditional holiday cuisine and crafted with great care. Each course reflects flavours and techniques from different regions of China, coming together as one festive journey. This will be a dining experience unlike any you have had before.
